Ready For Action? (tags: OPEN TO ALL)

Alice started a work out routine in the gym like area and started using the punching bag.  She needed to release some of what she was feeling into the darn thing and did so ignoring the pains in her chest.  Falling back a little she wiped the sweat from her brow and adjusted the tank top she was wearing along with the work out pants she had found in her room.  Pulling her hair into a braid she made her way towards the archery portion of the gym and grabbed a compound bow.  It felt nice and she smiled to herself, she had always enjoyed archery more then some of the other things she had been taught to use.  Fitting an arrow to the string, she pulled back on the string and aimed it at the target, blowing away some hair that had fallen into her face before she released the arrow.  It flew into the middle of the target, making Alice grin as she reached for another arrow to use.

She let out a breath and then released the arrow, this time the arrow split right into the middle of the first one. Lowering her bow, she smiled and then turned around as she felt eyes on her "I didn't hear you come in...you can use the work out room if you want." She added with a little smile as she turned back around and took out another arrow which she twirled loosely in her hand before fitting it to her bow and aiming at another target and shooting it into the bullseye.

She raised an eyebrow at him as she studied him, he was fit and carried himself with confidence. Yet he had a cocky air around him and she wondered if perhaps there was a reason for that, she shrugged and gestured towards the arena like area. "Sure, but put your hands anywhere inappropriate and you'll regret it." She said with a wide smile but honesty showing in her voice as she put the bow back into its holder and walked into the area.

She rolled her shoulder as she stumbled back a little, it was a powerful punch but then she could take her hits. Settling into a position that her dad had taught her she circled him searching for any kinds of weakness. She whirled and did a side swept kick that knocked him to the ground, she moved on top and held up her fist ready to punch him if need be.

Alice raised an eyebrow at him, "Yeah well..." She trailed off before she used a little technique that her dad had taught her and pinned him onto the mat. "I prefer to know the people I get into relationships with, and you can call me Alice." She said sweetly before she stood up and backed off.

She winced but instead of adhering to the pain she twisted her arms free and flipped him over, using his weight against him and landing him on the mat yet again. "That's two out of three, and you're falling behind." She said lightly as she straightened and stared down at him with an amused expression.

She smirked and worked herself free, "All right then, I can see that." She said as she stood up and tightened her braid before she got off the mat. She glanced back at him with a smile, "We can work on it some other time maybe?" She asked as she picked her bag off of the floor.
